You can now see mine!

You are here because I sent you an email telling you I saw yours.

How is that web site working for you?

Is it just an expensive brochure that doesn’t do much for your bottom line?

I liked your web site.
Oh yes, it could have a few tweaks to help improve your business,
but that is not what I want you to consider.

Times are tough for local businesses. There just is not enough money available to keep the neat web site updated. But, you know the internet is where new business can be generated. The question is how and can it be done for a reasonable cost.

The answer is yes, it is now available to you.

The cost is?

Would you believe it is less than $50.00 per month?

There is one big drawback….. A sweet young lady is not going to come through your door to show it to you. It is available online only.

I’m sorry, but this is one of the expenses I had to remove so you could have a fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Oh, yes there are some very sweet young things working here, both men and women, but they do the hard part so you don’t have to. It is amazing what these youngsters know and how fast they can get a project done.

So, I pass the savings on to you.

******************
How is it done?
******************

Just like you, I have absolutely no idea how it is done.

How I explained to the young ones what I wanted was to use a fishing example. All of the customers I wanted to come to my store are some of the fish in the Pacific Ocean. Bing, Goggle, Yahoo, etc. run big nets in the ocean to round up the fish, but their nets are larger than what I need for finding my customers. I want my fishing boat (i.e. my web site) to be inside another net that is inside the big nets of the search engines. I also want to have more than one boat inside that net. I also want as many other local businesses to have their boats inside this net chumming along with me to attract the customers we as local businesses serve.

 ********************
How does this help you?
********************

It gives you the horsepower that Amazon, Dell, Wal-Mart, etc. has on the internet. You see, they have thousands of web pages on the net which gets them lots of traffic from the search engines. As a sole small business, it is almost impossible to have a thousand page web site all by yourself. The cost would be prohibitive.

I have developed a system where you will have over time hundreds of web pages plus combined with other local businesses doing the same thing, you are now part of a very large web site that serves your local/regional area.

It’s like shooting fish in a rain barrel.

********************
Ok, just what is this exactly?
********************

Before I tell you what it is, let me tell you how it can about. A client asked me a few years ago why her web site was not getting lots of traffic like was promised by the site developers. I did not have an answer for her, but it got up my curiosity.

I started asking around what other clients were experiencing with their web sites. The small companies though they were worthless, the large companies usually said they were working great for them. After poking around, I found all of them were not getting a very good return on their investment. By that I mean they were not generating any income from having a web site.

Web sites I had were generating referral income for me, but they were expensive to maintain.

The more I poked around the more I realized the people who were making money on the net were direct marketing companies and large catalog sites.

That would not work for most businesses because they needed customers to come to their store/office.

Being an “old” guy, I looked back as to what local businesses used to get customers. I found they used the usual: a sign out front, yellow page ads, newspaper ads, magazine ads and mailers.

*********************
This “old” guy stuff can be done on the net?
*********************

Yes, it can. The sign out front is your web site. Unless you are selling directly from your web site, it should be setup to have people find your store and come in to see you for what you have to offer them.

Now that is boat one inside the net, your mother ship.

Now let’s add a few Yellow Page ads in the area code you are located or do business in. Yes, have one for all the different things you sell.

How about running a daily or weekly newspaper/magazine type ad for something you sell. It can be an informational ad or a special promotion. It could even be a help wanted ad. Yes, you can run banner ads, but text ads work much better. Remember, people are looking for information on the internet, not looking to buy something. Give them lots of information and where they can go to get more information, and they will show up on your door step.

Sending mailers can be an automatic process. All of your ads get sent to Twitter and other linking sites.

Yes, for less than $50.00 a month, you get an unlimited number of yellow page listings, an unlimited number of newspaper/magazine type ads and all of them get distributed via Twitter, etc.

What area do you want to fish in?
********************

After extensive marketing research we found the best way to set up a marketing system for local businesses is by area code. This is a big enough geographical area to justify a less than $50.00 per month fee.

All of the area codes are live, including the toll free area codes.
